Subconcious Anxiety

Recently life has been pretty stressful for a variety of reasons, I wouldn’t say I have reached a point where an anxiety episode has taken hold but over the last week or so symptoms of anxiety have definitely been present.
This is normal in individuals who have an anxiety disorder and are high functioning, meaning on the outside they look calm and collected. Even though the person might not be worried about something in particular their bodies might still react to the presence of stress because the body will respond to stress automatically without being told that it has to.
I coined this subconscious anxiety (it might already be called that mind) because to me that is what it is, I don’t have an actual worry right now nore is something consuming my mind but I am definitely feeling the physical symptoms of anxiety.
I guess the point of this particular short post is to highlight that even though people are “getting on with it” they might actually still have something else going on that you just can’t see.
